Welcome to Nomad Tea Festival! We are a virtual tea festival platform dedicated to bringing tea lovers and communities together through online tea festival activities including tea markets, tea workshops, tea parties and performances, and more.
We want our tea festival to be fun, enjoyable, and also safe. Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services.
1. ACCEPTING THESE TERMS
1.1 What’s What
Nomad Tea Festival is a virtual tea festival e-commerce platform. We offer products, features and services through this website (https://nomadteafestival.eu/).
By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available below.
When these Terms use the term “material”, we mean, including without limitation information, data, text, editorial content, design elements, look and feel, formatting, graphics, images, photographs, videos, music, sounds and other content contained in or delivered via the Services or otherwise made available on our website.
1.2 Who’s Who.
Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Nomad Tea Festival.
“Organiser”: tea vendors or event creators using our website to promote tea businesses or create events for consumers.
“Consumer”: A festival goer or someone to consume information about, attend events, or purchase products on our website.
Organisers, Consumers and third parties using our platform are all referred to in these Terms collectively as “Users,” “you” or “your.”
2. APPLYING AND REGISTERING
When you decide to be part of Nomad Tea Festival, you may apply as an Organiser, register as a User. By completing applying orregistering, you are considered to have accepted these terms and conditions.
3. SUBMITTING CONTENT
If you apply as an Organiser, you are required to submit material to us to install your virtual venue/event space. When you submit material to us, please only do so following terms and conditions:
(a) Publication of any material you submit to us will be at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to make additions or deletions to the text or graphics before publication following your branding or to refuse publication. If any published material needs a review, please contact us.
(b) Your material you submit to us is your property and didn’t violate anyone’s intellectual property rights including copyright.
(c) Your material you submit to us didn’t invade anyone’s privacy.
(d) You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature. You agree that the material you submit to us doesn’t interfere with our platform or to linked 3rd party websites via virus, worm, Trojan Horse, time bomb, spyware, rootkit, cancelbot, or other computer code, file, or program that is harmful or is intended to damage or hijack the operation of, or to monitor the use of, any hardware, software or equipment. If you are unsure, you can run your files through vaccine software.
(e) You acknowledge that any breach of these warranties may cause us damage or loss and you agree to indemnify us in full and permanently against any third party liabilities, claims, costs, loss or damage we incur as a result of publishing material you submit to us, including consequential losses.
4. ONLINE STORE (“SHOP”) TERMS
Our services are available only to, and may only be used by, individuals who are 18 years and older who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and that all registration information you submit is accurate and truthful.
Individuals under the age of 18 must at all times use our services only in conjunction with and under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who is at least 18 years of age. In all cases, the adult is the user and is responsible for all activities.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. Prices for our application fees and products (festival merchandise) are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our products and services without notice at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of our products.
7. PRODUCTS OR SERVICES
All our products and services are available online on our website. If any dispute occurs for a tea program you purchased, please contact us and your Organiser. We will try our best to resolve a dispute. However, it is entirely within the Organiser’s discretion to decide what to do.
For our festival merchandise products, we have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.
All our festival merchandise will be sold as customised or print-on-demand. So, no exchange or refund will be available unless you received a damaged or incorrect product.
We reserve the right but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
8. ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.
If we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input.
You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools ”as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.
Any use by you of optional tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk and discretion and you should ensure that you are familiar with and approve of the terms on which tools are provided by the relevant third-party provider(s).
We may also, in the future, offer new services and/or features through the website (including, the release of new tools and resources). Such new features and/or services shall also be subject to these Terms of Service.
